Program Description
- 3D modeling and drafting for design, coordination, and documentation purposes
- Contribute to the preparation of design documentation, including client presentations, DOB filing sets and construction documents
- Work with project team members to check and coordinate details and dimensions in drawings and models
- Collaborate across discipline and trades to ensure well-coordinated projects
Applicant Qualifications
- To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be full-time university students with academic focus in Architecture studies OR have graduated less than 12 months from the internship begin date.
- To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold Architecture degrees and have at least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years in this field
- Must speak Advanced English (reading and writing)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong experience with BIM modeling (Revit, Archicad, etc) and ability to pick up new software quickly
- Strong 2D and 3D skills, Rhino or Sketchup preferred
- Strong graphic presentation skills
- Ability to work professionally and reliably in collaboration with a team on a wide range of project sizes
- Strong communication skills
