About The Location

- Outdoor Adventure: Beyond world-class hiking, the area offers white-water rafting on the Pigeon River and Ober Mountain, Tennessee’s only ski resort.
- Moonshine Heritage: The town is famous for its legal moonshine distilleries, such as Ole Smoky and Sugarlands, where visitors can sample traditional Appalachian spirits.
Program Description
- Learn server and wireless equipment locations and set up
- Train on the network environment by working with twisted pair connections, fiber optic connections and wireless technology.
- Learn how the IT department resolves issues in a simple call center environment with calls/voice, voicemail, email and face to face interactions
Applicant Qualifications
- To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be IT/computer science undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date
- To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution and at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the IT/computer science field acquired outside the United States OR 5+ years of experience in this field.
- Applicants with hotel management work experience preferred
- Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking skills)
- Must be friendly, outgoing, organized, self-reliant, efficient and have computer skills
