Food & Beverage varies based on position. $7.25 per hour minimum, when assigned to tip position, participant will be paid the lesser tip rate plus gratuity.

Farmington is located in Wharton Township, along the National Road. It is situated about 50 miles southeast of Pittsburgh and is the closest settlement to Fort Necessity. It is also home to the 5 star Nemacolin Woodlands Resort.

Housing Details

Monthly Rent: $350 per person
Deposit: $350
Payments can be deducted from the employee’s paycheck biweekly.

The dorm-style housing provided and will be furnished with basic furniture including couches, beds, and tables. The unit has a kitchen/dining room and a living room including 1 ½ bath. Participants will have a roommate and share the living space. Pots and pans, plates and utensils are all provided. All utilities, Wi-Fi and cable TV are included in Rent. Units are not co-ed. There will be two to three people per bedroom. Recommend to bring toiletries, electronics/chargers, warm clothes/shoes. 1-5 miles distance from training site. Transportation will be provided to/from employee housing to property. Resort shuttle transportation is free, but public transportation into town will be paid for by the individual. Resort shuttles transport associates from housing units to property. Grocery store, bank, restaurant, and pharmacy are with in 15 minutes away.

Arrival

• Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), airport pickup provided with proper notice.
• You can also fly into NYC and take a train to Connellsville, PA.
• Arrive Between Sunday and Wednesday, please do not arrival Thursday, Friday or Saturday

Appearance standards

Uniforms will consist of a company provided shirt and pants.

Black slip resistant closed-toe shoes and black socks are to be provided by the employee. Must report to work on time with clean uniforms.

Professional, clean-cut, no beards, no facial piercings, no visible tattoos. Hair of a natural color.
