Position - Labor Pool - When working in the labor pool, you will be assigned to various roles throughout
the summer, depending on which departments need extra help. Example roles: attractions, merchandise, parking, house & grounds, tickets, etc.

Housing and Transportation
Overview of housing situation - Shared room in an international residence hall. Each room sleeps 4 people and includes bunk beds, a private bathroom in each room, a small cook area with fridge and microwave, a study area with counter and chairs, and one locker per person. Each floor is equipped with laundry machines, a commercial kitchen (open 24/7), and common area with TV, Ping Pong and gaming stations.
Housing Fees - $140/week per person
Additional Housing Fees - Upon arrival, you will pay the first week’s rent, plus the following fees: $200 security deposit (refundable), $75 for laundry fee (for unlimited use of laundry facilities during the program), and a $125 administrative fee (non-refundable).
Housing Deposit Refund Policy -$300 security deposit is refundable
Transportation - Free transportation provided to/from work by the employer. Trolley (may have limited operating hours); or walk or bike.

Positive friendly attitude - Must be interested in engaging with customers, have suitable communication
skills, and be a team player. Be flexible and open to shifting roles throughout the season. Be able to work in varying weather, including outdoors or in changing temperatures.
Uniform – Uniform top provided. Bring black non-slip closed-toe shoes and a black belt
Grooming – must be presentable and clean
Social Security Number - approximately seven days after you check into the program you will apply for a social security card, you will be able to work before you receive your card
Arrival Instructions
Arrive at Knoxville McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). Take a taxi from the airport to housing.
