North Fork is a Private Country Club located on the east end of Long Island, New York in the town of Cutchogue. The Club was established in 1912. The Club has several a la carte dining outlets, a snack bar operation, hosts mid-size to big golf tournaments, private club events, member events.

Opportunity Details

Food and Beverage - $16.50 per hour plus TIPS
Start date - Summer/Fall 2025
Program duration - 12 months

Assist F&B team/managers in assisting guests and providing the highest level of customer service. Roles to include but not limited to: F&B Host, Food Runner, Busser, Server Assistant, Beverage Service Associate/Bar Back, Server (this position is only available for those with F&B knowledge and basic F&B skill-set).

Monthly Rent - $160/week Per Person
Housing Deposit - $500 and is fully refundable

Arrival

• Fly into John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) or LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
• Flight details must be coordinated with Diana Mandl before booking. Personal pick-up will be arranged by the club and coordinated by Manager. Arrival must be arranged with property before booking travel.

Appearance standards

Uniforms provided (Polo Shirt, Dress Shirt, Apron, Name Tag). F&B participant must bring solid black non-slip shoes, black socks, black slacks, white undershirts. Culinary participant must bring non-slip kitchen shoes, chef pants.

 Additional Details

• Uniform is mostly provided-F&B participants must bring black pants (slacks), black socks, non-slip SOLID black dress shoes/sneakers, white undershirts.
•  Winery visit with co-workers, beach visit with pot-luck BBQ, Employee holiday dinners.
• Meals are provided 1 x per day for FREE (5 days per week)
• Golf course usage (at the manager’s discretion)
• Cultural Activities examples *North Fork Wine Country Exploration Tour with winery visits, Tour local F&B facilities and learn about their operation, Christmas Party, Beach Day with BBQ.
