Fort Lauderdale is a coastal city located in the U.S. state of Florida, 30 miles north of Miami along the Atlantic Ocean. The neighborhood of South Beach, comprising the southernmost 6.5 km2 of Miami Beach, along with Downtown Miami and the PortMiami, collectively form the commercial center of South Florida. Applicant Qualifications

  • To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be Hospitality or Restaurant Management undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date
  • To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must hold Hospitality or Restaurant Management degrees and have least 1 year of professional work experience related to the degree, OR be career professionals of 5 or more years of professional experience in this field
  • Advanced English langugage skills
  • A positive attitude, and the ability to communicate with clients and hotel associates
  • Restaurant specific experience is highly preferred
